Fancy Gadam Loses Out To Olivetheboy in Best Afrobeats Song Category at TGMA24
Fancy Gadam lost out on opportunity to add another trophy to his award’s cabinet after he and others were beaten to the Best Afrobeats category by youngster, Olivetheboy, at the Telecel Ghana Music Awards.
Olivetheboy’s hit single, Goodsin, beats off stiff competition from established singers such as Kidi, Kuame Eugene, Mr Drew, Banzy Banero and Dj Vyrusky and the versatile Fancy Gadam to win the Category.
Fancy Gadam’s Otello song which features Kuame Eugene got him his only nomination at this year’s creme de la creme of music awards in Ghana.
Had the Ki Joeyi crooner won, he would have added to the three awards he won previously at the same music awards scheme.
