YES @ 10: Martha Anabila Promises Bigger Impact in the Next Decade

The Chief Executive Officer of the Martha Inspires Foundation, Martha Anabila, has reaffirmed her commitment to expanding the frontiers of the Youth Empowerment Summit (YES) to deliver greater opportunities for Ghanaian youth over the next decade.

Speaking to journalists on the sidelines of the 2025 Youth Empowerment Summit in Tamale, Martha described the summit’s ten-year journey as only a rehearsal for bigger things to come.

“Ten years actually was like a rehearsal for us, just trying to start, understand the ground and see the better structure that we are going to put in place.

So watch out for Martha Inspires Foundation. This is just the beginning, she declared.”

Martha expressed gratitude to partners and participants for their continuous support, adding that the Foundation will roll out more innovative programs to inspire, mentor, and empower young people across the country.

This year’s summit, which attracted more than 2,000 participants from senior high schools, tertiary institutions, NGOs, and business groups, was held on the theme “Amplifying Voices, Building Legacies.”

The Martha Inspires Foundation partnered with Mobile network, MTN Ghana and the National Youth Authority to hold this year’s summit.

YES, which began a decade ago, has grown into one of the most recognized platforms for youth engagement in Northern Ghana, providing mentorship, skills, and networking opportunities for young people to prepare them for leadership and nation-building.
