Fancy Gadam Out of Ghana Northern Music Awards Again
Management of musician, Fancy Gadam, has confirmed that the artiste will not participate in the second edition of the Ghana Northern Music Awards.
In a Facebook post, manager of the I don’t Need You Crooner, Hassan Al Hussein, said management had formally communicated its decision to the organisers of the awards, outlining reasons for the artiste’s exclusion from the scheme.
He described the decision as carefully considered and maintained that management stood by the concerns and principles communicated in its official correspondence to the organisers.
Despite the decision, Mr Al Hussein said management held no ill feelings towards the organisers and wished them well in organising this year’s event.
He expressed hope that the awards would achieve their intended purpose of celebrating and promoting talents within Northern Ghana’s music industry.
