Pray For Government, Mion MP Urges As He Joins His People To Celebrate Eid Al-Fitr
Member of Parliament for Mion constituency in the Northern Region, earlier today, joined the Chiefs, Imams and the people to observed Eid Al Fitr prayer to commemorate the end of the Islamic holy month of Ramadan.
Hon. Musah Abdul-Aziz Ayaba who joined the celebrations at Gunsi, enjoined the people to pray for and to continue to support the Nana-Bawumia Government as efforts are made to addresd current economic challenges facing the country.
The Ecowas Member of Parliament said even though the challenges were not perculiar to Ghana, the president was determined to fix the situation in order to restore hope to the people.
The lawmaker use the opportunity to commission a mechanised borehole which is expected to alleviate the plight of the people and improve access to potable drinking water.
