No Mouthwatering Clashes In Champions League Round of 16 Draw

The UEFA Champions League Round of 16 Draw which took place earlier today in Switzerland offered everything except put a big boy against a big boy. The big clubs in Europe who have made it to the round of 16 will find it easy to progress to the next stage as they have paired with relatively easy clubs. The only match that looks like a mouthwatering tie is the game between Italian Champions, Napoli, and FC Barcelona, the reigning champions of Spain.
French big spenders, PSG will play this season’s surprised package Real Sociedad. Even though Kylian Mbappe and his mates have flattered to deceive very often, they are expected to wheeze past the Spanish.

Last Season’s finalist, Inter Milan will place Atletico Madrid while FC Porto have been drawn against London-based Arsenals. PSV will play Borrusia Dortmund and another Italian side Lazio will go head to head with Germany giants, Bayern Munich. FC Conpenhagen are up against defending Champions, Manchester City and 14 times Winners Real Madrid will face RB Leipzig of Germany.
The first legs of the round of 16 will take place in February and the second legs will be played in March, 2024.
