Sule Salifu Makes Key Campaign Team Appointments For Tamale Central Bid

The Mayor of Tamale, who, ahead of election 2024, is hoping to become the Parliamentary candidate for the NPP in the Tamale Central Constituency has made some important appointments to his campaign.
Ahead of the picking of nomination forms to contest the internal party primaries, Hon. Sule Salifu, has appointed a former Tamale Central constituency Secretary, Abubakari Sham-una Ghazi as his Campaign Manager.
Mr Ghazi is a veteran activist and communicator and having served the party in various capacities, it is the expectation the experiences he has garnered over the years will help push the Mayor’s legislative ambitions.

A Lecturer with the Tamale Technical University and former Regional Communications Director of the Party, Mr. Mohammed Sheriff Ibrahim has also been named Campaign Spokesperson.
Chief Executive Officer of Tamale-based Fiila FM and Senior Member of the party in the Northern Region, Mr Benjamin Nana Boakye, has been named Campaign Advisor and his role will be to provide expert guidance as the MCE negotiate the tough curves of convincing party delegates to endorse his bid to become Parliamentary Candidate.
The Metropolitan Chief Executive has as it stands currently has one contender in the person of Mr Ishmael Yahuza to deal with in the race to becoming the PC.
As to whether other contestants will join the race as the days go by can only be determined by time.
