Baba Rahaman, Others Donate Jerseys To Blind Association Ahead of Tournament in Bolgatanga

The Northern regional Blind sports Association are to take part in this year inter regional BLIND SPORTS in Goal ball championship to be held in Bolgatanga in the Upper East Region.

As a result, Assistant coach for RTU, Mohammed Nurudeen sham-una on behalf of Blackstars’ player, Baba Rahman, CEO of RTU, Zakaria Safianu CEO and the Director of Reep Ghana donated match jerseys to the BLIND SPORTS team in the region.

This is the first time the team would have  jerseys to wear in any competition for the past six years.

Coach Sham-una after handing over the jerseys entreated the team to prepare adequately in order to deliver the needed results at the tournament.

The presentation was done at the Aliu Mahama stadium where their team is currently training ahead of the tournament.  President of the Association of the Blind, Abdul Rahman Maltiti, received the jerseys and expressed gratitude to the donors. He also pledged his teams utmost performance at the tournament.
