Felicia Tettey Declares Bid for NPP Northern Region First Vice Chairperson

Felicia Tettey, the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) parliamentary candidate for the Sagnarigu Constituency in the 2020 and 2024 elections, has officially declared her intention to contest the position of Northern Regional 1st Vice Chairperson of the NPP.
In social media post on Sunday, Felicia, affectionately known as “Precious Stone,” expressed her commitment to the party’s vision and her readiness to serve in a greater leadership role.
She emphasized the importance of unity, grassroots mobilization, and strategic planning as key elements in securing victory for the NPP in the 2028 general elections.
“Despite wins and losses, we remain resilient. I believe 2028 is achievable with unity, hard work, and grassroots support,” she said.
Felicia Tettey highlighted consultations with regional stakeholders, including her political mentor, Alhaji Sunday, who currently occupied the position, before arriving at her decision to run for the position.
She pledged to bring to the role her dedication, compassion, and strong leadership to help the NPP reclaim and retain political dominance in the Northern Region.
“Vote ‘Precious Stone’, a dedicated, compassionate, hardworking, firm, and decisive leader. Let’s work together for NPP’s 2028 victory,” she declared.

Mrs. Felicia Tettey has been Second Vice Chairperson of the party before. She also served as the Northern Region’s Coordinator for the Ghana School Feeding Program.
She is a household name in the Sagnarigu Constituency, has earned respect for her commitment to community development and women’s empowerment.
Her campaign message is centered on teamwork, strategy, and divine grace as she positions herself as a key player in the NPP’s regional and national machinery.
