Coordinator For Special Dev’t Initiatives To Battle Deputy Agric Minister For Nanton

All is set for Presidential Staffer Napaga Tia Sulemana to slug it out with Deputy Agric Minister and Incumbent Member Parliament for the right to represent the NPP as its parliamentary candidate in the Nanton Constituency for next year’s general elections.

The Coordinator for Special Development Initiatives at the Presidency has expressed her readiness for the contest against the two-term member of Parliament whose performance as a lawmaker is viewed by many as unimpressive.

The Party is scheduled to hold primaries for constituencies where it has sitting MPs in February next year but ahead of the internal polls, Napaga Tia Sulemana has already hit the ground running, reaching out and selling her message of hope and quality representation of the people in parliament to party kingmakers.

Aside this, she has ensured also that Nanton, an infant district gets its fare share of the cake of development with the Agenda 111 hospital, currently under construction in the town as one to point out to. To empower the youth, Princess Napaga Tia Sulemana has also facilitated and secured jobs for many young people.

She has also been instrumental in improving access to tertiary education by eradicating the economic bottlenecks through her payment of school fees and rendering of other educational support to brilliant-but-needy students in the constituency.

Princess Napaga Tia Sulemana who is known affectionately as “Nanton Bilchini” hopes for a massive endorsement at the primaries to move her a step closer to Parliament where a victory in the general election will help her realise her vision of driving development to her people and as well institute measures aimed at empowering both young people and women.
